We put our house on the market on Friday. We received two full price offers on Saturday! Then, one of the offers increased to $2500 more than our asking price.
This makes two homes now that we have sold in less than two days at or above our asking price! If you'd like to know our real estate secret, it's easy...pray...a lot! God is good!
