Well, it's been a while. There have been many happenings in the lives of the Schuknechts....where to begin? March 14-17 we all went to Austin to visit...it was fantastic. It's looking very likely that we will be returning to Austin this summer permanently. Troy interviewed for a wonderful job down there, and we are excited about the way God is leading. We'll be more specific once things are official.
We had a great time in the beautiful weather. Jude enjoyed meeting his Auntie Alisa, Uncle Peter, Uncle Cameron and cousin Josiah. But alas, we didn't take our camera. Sorry!
While there, Troy celebrated his 28th birthday! Wow! Thirty is just around the corner!
The day after we got home, Troy had mid-terms for seminary. It was a bit of a crunch for him, but I'm sure he did well...
Then Troy and I took an evening to celebrate his birthday (with Jude, of course). He picked where he wanted to go to dinner...you probably DIDN'T guess it: GOLDEN CORRAL! Of all the restaurants! That's Troy. But he was thrilled with his dinner and definitely took advantage of the dessert bar!
Troy got a new camera flash for his birthday...so he was testing it on everybody. This is Ginger. She's pretty patient when it comes to posing for pictures.
And of course, March Madness is consuming our lives most of the time. I am proud to say I'm dead last in our family bracket. But, my final four are all still in it, so I could come back!

Jude is becoming a very happy little guy. We love seeing him smile.
