Eight months ago, when we told Stevi's parents that she was pregnant, Doug immediately requested that he be born on January 22nd (his father's birthday). When Stevi's water broke yesterday afternoon, it looked as if Doug may get his wish. But Jude was born 7 minutes before midnight on January 21st.
Both Stevi and Jude are doing great! He was 7 lbs. 11 oz. and 19.5 inches long, including a 5 inch long cone-head :)

Holysmokes! Yay! Glad to finally see my lil' hiking buddy. He's a cutie. Stevi, you look pretty good for having just had a baby. Tell Troy that the mustache and glasses make him look like a dirty cop.

Yeah!!!!! Oh, I'm so excited for you--mostly because of this bundle of joy you have in your arms, but also the side bonus of not being pregnant anymore (I know you were looking forward to that)! We're thrilled for you both.Can't wait to see more pictures when you have time! Cute nursery, too--yeah for Mom's/Grandma'a that can sew well, my mom will be doing the same for us.

Congrats Stevie and Troy!! Jude's a doll! Our little Levi surprised us and came on Christmas Day (three weeks early) Needless to say, I can empathies with your sleepless nights. :-)
Oh what a blessing to have a little one! He is sooooo precious! We are so excited for you guys. Will be praying for you all and some sleep!
